• Finalizing timelines across all vendors

• Lead planner and assistant overseeing the rehearsal dinner (optional), and wedding day

Partial Planning is The Modern Celebration’s second tier package starting at $2,900.

Clients who wish to book this package should inquire 10-12 months before the desired event date.

This service allows you to plan and bring your modern celebration to life. Three months prior to your event, we’ll begin to take over your vendor communication, manage final logistics, and ensure your event runs smoothly.

This service begins with an initial planning meeting upon booking and includes three check-in meetings in the three months leading up to the event. Other services include,
